I didn’t meet her until yesterday.
I’m not even sure of her name. Julia maybe. Perhaps Kate
Our interaction was somewhat one-sided. I talked. It didn’t look like she was listening at all.
But I know this about her. God has been intimately acquainted with her for quite a while now.
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there were none of them (Ps. 139:13-16)
I watched my fourth grandchild enter the world yesterday at 3:56 PM. Julia/Kate, her dad, and her mom are all doing well. So is her Pop-pop. I thank God for the privilege of watching the days that were formed for her unfold.
Glory to God! Another miracle. Another blessing. Another evidence of God’s faithfulness and kindness.
We are so happy for you!
Congratulations, Bob!
Now we will know how to spot you at T4G… the guy who is glowing!
Congratulations! She is beautiful. Also, it is a joy to watch your cross centered life and ministry.
